All employees and those contracted to NAS Corporation Limited are required to report, without delay:-
- Financial Interests they have in external parties with anyone associated with NAS Corporation Limited, both personal and commercial.
- The offer and receipt of any business-related gifts and/or hospitality invitations. NAS Corporation Limited actively prohibit and discourage its employees, those contracted to it, and their family members, to accept business related gifts and hospitality worth more than £100 or its equivalent. If this is disregarded by any Customer, their Business Associate, its Business partners and Associates, its Consultants, or its employees and those contracted to NAS Corporation Limited, the relationship shall be terminated.
- The refusal to accept any business-related gift or hospitality
- Any approaches of an improper nature by external parties or work colleagues
It shall be a requirement that NAS Corporation Limited shall insist that its suppliers, customers, and business associates shall have procedures in place to prevent and therefore curtail corrupt practices.
